introduced by Barr in 1919. The name is listed =
as approved in the 1939 Checklist.
Elegans. A white-ground plicata of unknown origin.
Designated obsolete and name not approved in the =
1939 Checklist.
Elegans. Name not approved, listed as a synonym for
VICTORINE in the 1939 Checklist.
ELEGANS. Smith, 1941. Mid-season TB, coded as
having white standards and light yellow falls
[but predates PINNCALE].
Not to mention the scads of _____ ELEGANCE or =
ELEGANT ______.
