Thanks for the welcome message.
There are several Opuntia species in Florida, but they are not hardy
here in Denmark, where we often has down to -4F in the night and in some
winters the temperature don't get above frezing in the days for two
months or so. I think your garden is USDA Zone 10 and we are maybe Zone
5 or 6 that how different it is to live way op north, but our summers
are mostly nice and the night is only a few hours long ( read short ).
