Hi All,
Just curious....
When naming irises, are previously used names of all types of irises =
taken into consideration or just the catagory (species) that the iris =
to be named falls into?
The quote:> misnamed Japanese (one had a TB name) is the one that got me =
wondering.=20
I know that the name of a registered daylily can just as easily turn up =
on a registered iris. Dance Ballerina Dance is a good example.
Anyone have an easy answer to this one?
