There is something that we can do with outlets that intentionally sell
mislabeled plants and/or commit name piracy: BOYCOTT THEM!! With as many
honest plant sources as there are, why get things from the bad ones?
When I get a catalog of any kind and I see plants that are mislabeled,
or I see something like incorrect hardiness information, that catalog goes
straight to the trash can. When we get new plants, we should reward the
many honest sources by spending our money there instead of on the bad ones.
