OT-FCC Proposal

You may want to send an e-mail to the FCC voicing objection to a proposal
allowing
local phone companies to impose a per minute charge for the use of the
internet and e-mail. Seems to me they are just trying to cash in on a good
thing.  They are already paid for the use of the phone line.  This proposal
has apparently not been made public but the word is spreading. The FCC
