SHOW: Show Ethics

Walter,
     I am glad to see some discussion on this.  It appears as though the
rules are overly vague when it comes to the type of things you mentioned. 
The sad part is that it is often hard to prove violations.
     When I lived in Kentucky, and was entering the show in Lexington, I
cut my entries the morning of the show.  I did not try to "trick" the
plants.  The only time I cut stalks the evening before was when a line of
hail storms was approaching the area.  On that occasion, the stalks were
stored at room temperature.
