Hey Andy, delighted to see you joined Iris-L, though I didn't mind forwarding.  

Those of you who purchased the BIS book on Species Iris will find a note in
the introduction on some of Andy's work.  

And he won the AIS Youth Award a couple years ago.

And he's a wonderful arranger and a joy to have as a competitor.  In my more
egotistical moments, I like to think of Andy as my third son.
