Temptone (Grosvenor '94 M 97cm), is listed in this years Rainbow Ridge
catalogue, for 16 ozzie dollars. I think all the hassles of importing
would tempt one to wait for it's release in the U.S. You may be
interested to know that Graeme Grosvenor has also released 2 full
siblings to Temptone. They are Aussie Challenge and New Challenge
I don't know a lot about iris quality, but to my eye New Challenge is
closer in form to Silverado, with lovely ruffled flowers. Both are
similar in colour to Temptone, going by the catalogue photos.
It may be worth obtaining Grosvenors catalogue, as it has plenty of
lovely glossy photos of Iris and Daylilies. Good descriptions given,
but little pedigree detail. It sells for $5 Australian, and you would
need to include postage.
