Because of the size I doubt you are seeing the nematodes you put in the
soil yourself.  Beneficial nematodes are very small, scarcely visible even
in the best of conditions.  As for a picture, most soil nematodes look very
much alike--just generalized little worms (this isn't true of some
parasitic and marine nematodes, which can be quite fantastic-looking).
Nope, I'm voting for a fungus gnat or other dipteran larval infestation
that exploited rampant rot.  Get rid of the rot and you'll be rid of the
worms.
