Our climates are so different, so it's hard for me to say. Before
a seed from a bearded is mature here, it must show a tan or
brownish color. Green seeds simply are not mature enough to
plant and expect any germination. I dry the seeds and do not
plant until October. If planted fresh from the pods, the seeds sour
and rot in my climate.
