Re: Re: SPEC: Belamcanda chinensis

Hi Jan and All, I am glad to hear that I am not the only one who cannot get
their Candy Lillies performing. Mine also kick up their heels and grow and
then turn up their toes and sulk, only to disappear. I have tried sun,
partial sun/shade, shade, but havent yet fried any in hot sun. Not really
game to do that to them. I will also be waiting for any listers handy
hints.I do keep the water up to them, is this wrong?, They are not soggy.
P.S. Thanks for the species growing tips Jan. I planted everything ,
carrying your list around with me, which got considerably covered with red
dirt finger prints as the digging progressed. Now all I have to do is sit ,
wait and watch.Everything seems happy, the visible plants that is, the
others are still sleeping.Oh I cant wait for spring, all the TBs are
increasing wildly.....Yippee! Cheers All, Wendy.wendon@dcsi.net.au where the
cows are madly calving, lots and lots of babies...
