Dennis,
The Candy Lily was first hybridized by Sam Norris, here in Owensboro,KY.
He then sold it to a catalog, I can't remember which one he said, but they
didn't
give him the credit for it and so this information got lost somewhere along
the line.
Sam has hybridized Arilbred and Louisiana iris as well as Paw Paw trees and
other things.
