My main club, San Fernando Valley IS, has two potlucks per year, at the
normal meeting location (a women's club). We make it clear that members
may bring whatever they choose to drink. I would guess that around half
of us have wine. The teetotalers (and we have several) do not seem to
mind.
I have never seen any drunkeness.
