Dear Donna,
It sounds to me that you are doing everything correctly, except that
pinks are a little finicky & possibly not as robusk as other color groups,
try Beverly Sills; although Cinnamin Girl does well for me. Also, you
mentioned that the placement of the pinks & reds were on the bottom of the
bed? Perhaps the drainage there is not as good as in the upper part of the
bed? You did not mention adding phosphate fertilizer for bloom. Try that.
