When you are at work, you can read the list from the archives.
Or, you can use Hotmail or something else that will gather up
all of your email from various accounts and compile one list of
messages.
When you get home from work, all you have to do is delete
everything that has accumulated during the day since you read it at
work.
That is what I do.
