Hi Vince,
Getting enough people to enter our shows is always a problem and this year
was especially bad with everything blooming so early. We always bring a lot
of entries just so there will be something for the public to see. Of course
that upsets the people who bring a half dozen stalks, because we always win
sweepstakes. If they would bring more, we could stop killing ourselves
trying to make a show. I am always so jealous when I hear about shows having
to limit the numbers of entries because they get too many. Keep on entering
your specimens even though they are not good enough for ribbons. Someone
appreciates them.
