Carryl,
Ditto on the temps and ditto on the smoke as well, except that we do not
have to import our smoke, as there is a good size fire blazing on the
mountains that rim our valley.
I am planting new rhizomes in pure dust, and then struggling to keep them
adequately moistened, as no matter how much I water them the ground seems
to be parched again within 24 hours. Global warming seemed more benign
during the winter!
