Still is for me. More fun. But not at all always what you'd expect from
reading the description.

Some are, some aren't, I think. I recognized POND LILY in New Mexico from
only having seen photos. Didn't like it in the photos, didn't like it on
display for real. I was surprised at the accuracy of the photos, because
I'd assumed it must look so much better up close and personal than what I
saw in the photos since I didn't care for it. One that hasn't transmitted
well in photos I've seen is PERSIAN BERRY. I'd never have acquired it based
on photos, but did based on comments from this list. And glad I did. So
word descriptions work about as well as photos for me. Photos do give some
idea of the form of the flower, though. But nothing on how well it may grow
or perform. Words are better on the latter.
