In the header of the email from the list are the following lines.....
Delivered-To: mailing list iris-talk@yahoogroups.com
List-Unsubscribe: <i*@yahoogroups.com>
Date: Mon, 2 Jul 2001 06:59:56 -0500
Just send a blank email to the above List-Unsubscribe address and you'll be
done. YOU have to unsubscribe though.... it can't be done by others.
