Sad as this is to say, I did the same thing when I
first got mine from Mom. She sold the house so quick I
didn't have a bed ready and I put the two bannana
box's of rhizomes in the crawlspace and forgot them.
Not quite as long as your brother but still; 15
months.
They all did fine except I never did see a couple
specials mom talked about.I quess it might be where
you store them.
