Hi - We have a high shrub border of Junipers in back of our side
gardens...it, of course, was here when we moved in 3 yrs. ago. They
are about 12' and the border runs 200' so it is a backdrop for the
back gardens. But the large Juniper border is set back from the beds
and there is no interference. We have other back 'borders' in the way
of free-standing stone walls and wood fences that are more
aesthetically pleasing to my eye. The Juniper border is primarily a
privacy fence to us.
