As in all walks of life, some people in the iris world are still very
turned off/intimidated by computers. When I asked not long ago if
Region 7 membership was available on disk, I think our RVP wanted to
whack me in the head <g>. Just because there isn't a plan or policy for
CDs now, doesn't mean it will always be that way.
A lot of us would like CDs, but getting the data in electronic form is
the first step to whatever...
John, any idea what the total membership in AIS is these days & how many
members have email? It has to have gone up a lot since the early days
of us wishing in this forum for the checklist on CD (was that 2 or 3 yrs
ago?). And John went out and made it happen.
