Growing & Selling Small Scale/ Commercial

I live in Indiana and have been an iris hobbiest for a couple years.  
Eventually I'd like to set up a small commercial bed offering a 
couple hundred + varieties of TB iris.  

Is there a small scale commercial grower who could offer me some 
advice on getting started, the legalities, and sources of information 
for growing and retailing iris in Indiana.  The place we are living 
is zoned agricultural which "seems" adequate for an iris patch, and I 
understand the Dept. of Agriculture would need to inspect plants for 
disease?   Will a business license and or commercial zoning be 
necessary for a small operation?
