In California you need a Nursery License
if you sell more than $500.00 of nursery
stock in the state.
The cost for this licence is $100.00
a year.
One good thing about having a license is the
Nursery Stock Certificate
for interstate and intrastate shipments, you'll be
able to ship anywhere in the U.S. and there's
no problem at the post office when they see
the air holes in the box and ask if you have
critters in there, such as crickets or snakes.
