CULT: clorox soak

Regarding the 10% Clorox soaking, I goofed and left a pail full of divisions
soaking over night. Will they be OK? (they are very white!)
Also, when you are dividing, do you just leave the divisions that still have
green seedpods sitting there in the row and dig the others around them?
As you can tell, I am in the middle of replanting one of my rows and am
confused.
