I did the same thing 2 years ago with DUSKY CHALLENGER.
They turned yellow, no green at all. Grew and bloomed great no
harm done.

I wait till the pods are ripe if possible before moving. Sometimes that does
not work out and just move with as much dirt and roots as possible.
