The AIS spends a significant number of thousands of dollars buying 
a large number of checklists, so that we members can buy them at a 
reasonable price. If it got stuck with a large unsold inventory, 
it would hurt all of us, since the funds would not be available 
for other worthy projects.

It might be silly to stop electronic availability of the data 
for this consideration, but the issue does need to be addressed.
