I cut the rhizomes into 1 inch sections about a week ago and planted
them in pots. To day 07-02-02 t8 of them have new plants growing, some
with as many as 4. Sunday I was enlarging my garden and weeding it. I
put about 10 long rhizomes in a bowl of water, to day thet are covered
with new plants. The garden has little green tips sticking up all
over. I the garden by the fence where I put the Iris I bought ir were
given this year is filling up fast. I planted the Iris there up to a
foot apart in that garden (not any more)
