Hello -'Enfant Prodige' just started (versata or bi-versata - don't
want to run upstairs to the checklists but it always has a long bloom
period); Siberians in full bloom: 'Cheery Lyn', 'Tiffany Lass',
'Lilting Laura', 'Gull's Wing', 'Mesa Pearl', 'Butter & Sugar',
'Swirling Lavender', 'Frosted Emerald', 'Seneca Blue Rose'. 'Jewelled
Crown' and 'Sweet Surrender' just said their good-byes yesterday)
This was not a good Sibe year here and some of the plants neglected
to read their registration info re their bloom period (e, m, l ,etc.)
I have to have another talk with them. :-)
Japanese Iris 'should' be in bloom started soon but not here this
year. My soil has too much Ca and other minerals that are not to
their liking. Our previous garden was just right for JI bloom. We are
working on it....the pH is just a little bit too high but that is the
least of the problems in this present garden.
