Since the completed Symposium ballets are mailed to a Regional
representative for tabulating it makes sense to report on the Regional
Symposium winners as well as the overall winners. I am surprised that there
is not already a Regional award established for the Regional Symposium
winners. I am sure hybridizers would appreciate the extra recognition that
goes along with their plants doing well in their region as well as other
regions.
