I just received my Schreiners order, the only one I made this year.
I ordered Hello Darkness and apparently everybody on God's green
earth wants the newest Dykes winner. I'm a little peeved, I wanted
it before it won. I could even get all puffed up and say I knew it
was a potetial winner and that's why I wanted it.
But anyway......
They sent me Hills District. The catalog says Hills District is an
apricot-orange with fragrance and double/triple socketed blooms etc.
They also claim it won a Dykes Medal in Australia in '97.
But I hate it. I think it's ugly.
Is there anyone out there who wants it? Even trade for anything
claiming to be green (except Green Prophecy or Thornbird who I
already have)(TB's please) or any of the Gnu things from Keppler.
