You mentioned you live in Louisiana.  Heat and humidity in combination can
be nasty for TB's.  Clay pots scare me a bit.  In California they get so hot
in the sun I have not had any luck with clay pots; the iris fry and rot.
Wood containers would be perfect if they are affordable; I usually settle
for 5-gallon plastic growers pots in afternoon shade (and not overwatered)
for my temporary potting needs.
