Using Acrobat Reader 5.05 and Opera 6.04, the file opened just fine for me
when I clicked on it in the download section your URL directs us to. A
version of the reader older than the one the PDF file is optimized for may
have the result you report, or it may not open at all.
Acrobat Reader is available from Adobe at their site, and some other places
on the web. I would urge everyone to update the reader, especially since
the only cost is the time of the download (which may be worrisome for those
of you with 56K or less connections. The full ball of wax will cost you a
10,189 KB download. Without the search features, the download is a bit
less.

For any of you that are interested I have uploaded a PDF file of the
2002 AIS awards to the iris-talk file site.

When you download the file you may get an error message if your system
tries to open it automatically. It will open manually without error. I
don't know what the problem with the file is (I did not generate them)
