Hi

We always say that we want to know what irises are going to win at the show
so we can have plenty of those ones to sell. :-)
Fortunately our show is held over 2 days, so there's always the frantic rush
on Saturday evening/ Sunday morning to franticaly dig  the ones that looked
good on the first day.
