They do look similar.  However, the dutch come from bulbs and can be bought 
in the fall at local nurseries & garden centers in mixed bags or individual 
varieties.  Always available at Wal-Mart or Lowes here.  Since I'm not as 
familiar with these I don't know if they suffer from "the name problem" as 
much as the bearded do.
