Terrible iris rhizomes

I received a shipment of iris Fri and they were absolutely terrible!  
Some were the size of your little finger,(the same size we sell at 
the iris auction 3/$1.00) some were just fans with very little 
rhizome, about 15 were totally missing. I was charged $80.00 to ship 
when actual shipping was $38.00.  I am having no luck communicating 
with the company. I ordered close to 200 iris and they came in three 
of the 18X18X10 Priority Mail boxes. The order was over $300.
I would like to keep others from having this same experience...is 
there a place where you can file a complaint?  I heard from a friend 
that her order was just as bad...thanks!
