I don't want you to think that I am defending Riverview, nor condone
some of the things that happened to you, but I for one would never order
anything from a place that said that their irises might take three years
to bloom. Most of my orders bloom the first year (but then I live in California)
If they won't answer the phone, email them. Detail in a dispassionate
manner what the problems are and if appropriate, what your preferred
solution is.
You might mention that several members on 684 member iris-talk mail list
have said that they had good experiences with them and you hope they can
maintain that reputation by resolving the issues with you.
