The above sounds all too familiar. The reasoning for the
Symposium results sounds exactly like a discussion some time
back about the Awards ballot, particularly in regard to how
the Dykes Medal is won. So, 'if it don't grow in the regions
where things grow and judges live (Reg. 13, 14, 15), it don't show.'
No judge I've talked to will admit to voting for MESMERIZER.
What percentage is a vote total of 78? Somewhere between five
and eight percent of the total vote cast?? What percent of
Symposium ballots are returned?
