Re: Re: CULT: TB: Pink TB Symposium

You have some interesting crosses. Let us know how they do. I had several crosses involving Cloudia, but none of my seedlings looks as though its going to make it through this fiercely hot summer.

It's funny because I never thought I'd like pink irises so I never
ordered any until last year. When they started blooming this year, they
were the ones I was most drawn to. I made several crosses with pinks and
an anxious to see the results. BTW, Pinafore Pink is a wonderful huge
  pink . I love it.

  Beverly Sills X American Eagle
  Beverly Sills X Holy fire
  Pinafore Pink X Holy Fire
  Cloudia X Wish
  Pinafore Pink X Wish
Immortality X Wish ( huge pod almost 5 inches long )
Immortality X Cloudia ( Immortality had no pollen )
A huge modern mislabled gold x Cloudia
  Role Model X Cloudia

You'll also be pleased to know that my planned cross of Thornbird X
Bayberry Candle took so expect to see some future Dykes medal winners in
two years ;-) LOL.... especially for those who hate these two
  cultivars.
