Database for Tracking Irises

Anita, every time I go to print up my list I have to learn the MS Word Mail
Merge all over again.  I was smart enough to save a file that had the
instruction line with all the right symbols in the right places--although I do
need to edit that line as I get two periods at the end of some entry elements
and none on others, depending on what I did with the Access entry.  I have
trouble being consistent.

If I had to recreate that line of instructions, I'd spend a week scratching my
head.  Likewise, if I wanted to modify my data entry page in Access, it would
be the same.  I figured it out once, but have forgotten entirely how I did
it.
