I am mildly surprised that the hosting Region of the National
Convention would pay the postage back. Or are the postage costs
included in the budget of the convention?
The work is more than enough for the Convention Committee or
whoever is assigned the digging, sorting and packaging the
rhizomes. What a job and we all have them to thank - especially
the hybridizers.
