Neil,  thanks so much for your contribution to this thread.  As  you know I'm 
a bit handicapped when it comes to genetic possibilities.  
 
Pink rebloomers are a bit limited in my area.  I was playing (on  paper) with 
the possibilities of making a pink rebloomer from non-pink  rebloomers!  I 
was trying to figure out how long it would take me to breed  back the pink 
color.  Also, which (non-pink) colors would be best.   
 
I had plans to work with HAPPENSTANCE, since it gives rebloom children, but  
it wasn't fertile last year, didn't bloom this year, and appears on it's way  
out.  
 
The tangerine beard factor is something else I'm trying to work with and  
made crosses this year toward that goal.  
 
These discussions always make me think of new directions to explore.   I'm 
finding the blue bearded blue very elusive, (in rebloom) but have gotten a  
healthy pale blue with yellow beards that fall bloomed last fall.  Maybe I  should 
try to put the tangerine beard on these.  It might be easier.
