Mine was one of the surveys returned at the convention. If I were to answer
now, after time to think about several questions, my response might be
different on a few.
Yesterday, our club had it's annual rhizome sale. At this time, our
president handed out copies of the survey to members that were present. However,
many members were not in attendance, and some will not be at our picnic, next
month.
As I read back over the list of 33 questions, there are several I don't
remember seeing in May. It doesn't mean they weren't there, just that they were
unimportant to my personal needs.
The AIS membership is extremely diverse. Some people grow irises for their
own gardening pleasure, others grow to show, while still others devote their
time to improving the various types and classes. More than anything, I
believe this survey will reflect that diversity.
How will the needs of one group be weighed against the needs of the other
groups?
