Bob, I'm not sure I understand - are you asking for input from
individuals, or only from affiliate clubs, or only individuals who
aren't on this discussion forum?  Are the survey questions being
published in the Bulletin or is this more of an informal thing?

                   When you are ready to release the results, if you
send me a copy I will see to getting it put up on the
                   AIS Information Central page under Member Services on
the AIUS website and ask the webmaster
                   to highlight on the Home page that the survey results
are available.
