The goal of the survey is to gather information and hence understanding. Non-members and members both are welcome to fill it out. The questions are general but it is hoped that they would precipitate write in comments. There is only one question that tries to determine what percent of Irisarians are connected to the internet that will be upset by putting this out on e-mail. Therefore I am going to send the survey to John to post on the website. I dont think this group allows attachments. Anyone can respond to it. All individuals are welcome. Please note that it came from e-mail if you print it out and send it. Otherwise you may just send it back by e-mail. Thank you,  John  for this option put it on the website. I assume it will take a day or two to get it up onto the website. If some one wants me to send it as an attachment directly to them I will do that also.

When you are ready to release the results, if you
send me a copy I will see to getting it put up on the
AIS Information Central page under Member Services on
the AIUS website and ask the webmaster
to highlight on the Home page that the survey results
are available.
