<registered name is PALLIDA VARIEGATA.  This iris has creamy yellow 
variegation in the foliage and typical light blue-violet pallida flowers.>
 
Judy B. - There is also I. PALLIDA ARGENTEA - foliage has white variegation, rather than cream, and with a similar (if not exactly the same) flower.
