Could someone please tell me which classification CRACKLES properly 
fits into?  It is registered as a TB, but according to the height 
designation it must be an IB, BB, or MTB.  Does anybody know for sure?

CRACKLES (Barry Blyth, R. 1990). Sdlg. W35-1. TB 18-20" (46-51 cm) EM.
