Not likely.  This area is all very rocky. Lots of limestone along  the old 
river bed that is now Lake of the Ozarks.   What soil you  can get has a great 
deal of fine sand in it & no humus.  Anything like  what you describe would 
have to be trucked from so far away that the hauling  would be exorbitant!  I 
miss the soil I had in Nebraska.  I thought it  was bad until I got this stuff.  
Oh well,we retired to here because we  wanted & needed less yard & garden 
work.  You can take the kid out  of the farm, you just can't take the farm out of 
the kid.
