I feel I should remind everyone that if you have a complaint about someone's posts, or a particular thread, 

SEND A MESSAGE TO ME privately, not to the list.
AS list owner it is my responsibility to handle such matters. It is much better for all concerned for me to handle issues off list than to have it broadcast to all It is, in fact, the only way that you can safely address an issue without the risk of adding to the problem.
