I do like that Bob.I'm usually looking for the paths not taken in pedigree searches. So many breeding programs are like to like type breeding, not exploring other potential.
But it would be very helpful when just starting out with something complicated like all the variations of plicata locus. Or <I> locus and all of its variations. I get the simpler ones (i.e., pink) but still have to think my way thru others, sometimes getting all mixed up in the process.

Easily i could determine if a parent always produced yellows or that its progeny could be very diverse. These are genetics I can wrap my mind around.
